Our stay was pleasant, thanks to the very comfortable room and the helpful night receptionist, Crystal. She was quick to assist with any requests, making us feel welcomed. However, the cleanliness could improve, as we noticed some maintenance issues that needed attention.

The manager was accommodating and waived the late checkout fee, a nice gesture. The location is ideal, just a short walk from dining spots and major highways. Unfortunately, the room suffered from inconsistent air conditioning, musty odors, and poor water pressure. Thin walls led to disturbed sleep from noisy fellow guests. The limited breakfast options left much to be desired, lacking basic items like juice and milk.
